I'm curious to know if anyone has experience with purchasing an extended warranty. Basically, I have an option to buy VW 4 star or GMAC (Mic) Coverage One warranty. However, apparently, the VW 4 star one doesn't cover the electronic shift control unit and shift control sensors. The GMAC Coverage One does.

Does anyone here have experiences with Coverage One before? I'm not too sure what to do now. I'd appreciate any help and advice in advance.

It is an 06 Jetta 2.5L automatic transmission with 90k.
