In the 'La Belle Province' (Province of Quebec that is)
the 'Government Regulates the price of Milk, even with
coupons the price cannot be less than what allowed !'
-
But cannot regulate the 'Price at the Pump ! ! !'
-
This is why we 'Elect People For', just to Screw-us a little
bit more . . . each and every day !
-
P.S.: The 'Price at the Pump' is presently $1.18/liter

I paid for these a week ago and the vouchers are still pending.

I emailed wagjag yesterday without a response.

The vouchers are normally mailed after the deal closes... and the deal is still live.

Commodities like milk have a price floor usually, no? This is true in a lot of places. In ON there can be sales on milk at least but I'm sure some kind of price floor still protects milk. In the US you can get milk for less than $2 for a gallon, but I still think there are floors in place. There's probably millions of gallons of milk wasted in the US every year that never makes it to stores or for consumption otherwise; if the price were allowed to drop low enough as "market level" then it would probably put the milk farmers out of business and then we'd have no milk at all, lol.

Yeah the oil/petrol companies don't need any 'protection', they already make a killing along with the government who collects tons of tax revenue from the same--hence why they don't regulate fuel prices ;)
