thanks, guys, i got the card today.

just to confirm, i know it's 0% interest balance transfer, but is there any transfer fee that we have to pay to do balance transfer(like NBNA 1% fee for doing blance transfer)?

There is no balance transfer fee for the 0% offer from CITI. The "downside" to the CITI card vs the MBNA one is that the minimum payment every month is 3% of the average daily balance, vs $10 for the MBNA one.

Tried to renew the card for another 12 months of interest free, I was told the code from rogers R7B has expired as of sept 30th...

Rogers given out any new codes?
