It doesn't have to be right. It's just wait I believe in. I don't know the kid nor his family. Assuming he was a "good kid" is just as baseless as assuming he was a dumbass. With the evidence at hand (ie. he buried himself in sand), I've concluded that he's a dumbass and deserved to die. You can argue otherwise, in which case I'm very interested in knowing why you sorry for this kid.

As d_jedi said, this is a classic example of Darwinism.
