This is without exaggeration the worst order taking/warehouse/shipping operation I've seen in my life,by far worst than any mom/pop out of basement business I've ever dealt with.
After screwing my first order (two pillow cases instead of the sheet set scam),I wanted to see how low can these people really get.
I ordered two sets of Hotel Living sheet sets (One Embroidered and one Border) online.
Both orders showed up as two (Embroidered and Border design) as they should in the following "order submission" emails but magically
turned into a one order of two (Border design) in the "order confirmation" emails!!
I contacted the company over the phone and was told that it was too late to cancel and I should simply return one of the two identical
sheet sets when it arrives,meanwhile placed another order for the one they screwed up (Embroidered one).
The next another two emails came in which I was told that the web orders (now identical sheet sets) were canceled !!
I called them up again and was told that the cancellation was a mistake by the person I spoke to initially and indeed they had
plenty of Hotel Living (Border) sheet sets in stock.
A new order for (Border) was placed over the phone.Unfortunately just as the first Hotel Living (Embroidered) sheet set turned into (Border) sheet set
and finally canceled,this Hotel Living (Border) sheet set was changed into (Embroidered) sheet set in the order confirmation email and canceled in the next day email.
Are you still with me?
I doubt it,I can't blame you,LOL
I won't bother you with the rest of this fascinating story as what I said is only half of what happened (this ordeal actually lasted another two days to end)

The funny thing is,
It was a simple order,just two items!
Yet they manage to screw it up and took 5 days doing it over and over again!!!

I returned my pillowases instore. Took awhile as the staff there had not done an internet return before. Staff actually encourgaged me to complain to the HQ about the situation; that is, why I was returning pillowcases instead of 6 piece box sheet sets as per invoice.

BTW- they keep your CC number and expiry on file
After all the cancellations of the orders ( i put in 3), I noticed today they still have my credit card info on file. Do you want your credit card number stored on file with a company who's business practices are not up to par?
I am going to call my credit card company. I suggest you all do as well.
