$1000 a month: Brand new Bachelor Unit available October 15th Downtown Toronto

Hi there,

I have a brand new Bachelor Unit with strip laminate flooring 6 brand new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave) with a balcony available for rent on October 15th. The approximate sq footage is about 400 sq feet (with balcony). This unit has never been lived in and I take possession of it on October 15th.

I am looking to rent this unit on a short term basis, minimum 3 months with option to maybe extend the lease up to another 3-6 months. I am asking $1000 for this unit furnished or $900 for this unit unfurnished. All utilities with exception to Cable/Intranet and Telephone are included.

This unit is located in King West Village with close access to many restaurants and shops. There is a brand new Dominion just a 1 minute walk from the condo. The King Street car is located about a 5 minute walk away which will connect you to the TTC subway within 5-7 minutes.

This is a great unit and brand spanking new! P.S. If you love this unit, you also have the option of purchasing the unit after your sublet :-)
