1080p tv under $200

Hoping for 25"+ been shopping around at retail stores and while they do have 1080p tv's under $200 they're a bit small (about as big as a 1080p monitor). Also I've noticed that the native resolution of these 1080p tv's are not 1920x1080 they're 1366 x 768
for example:

does it make a difference
it says "resolution 720p HD" but they advertise it as 1080p

I'm also in the hunt for a 1080P tv but in the 46+ inch size. As I understand it, unless you will be using the TV as a PC monitor, you will not notice any difference between 1080P and 720P at sizes 42 and below.

If that's the case I'll save a few bucks and get a 720p (I don't need anything big for my bedroom)
can anyone else confirm?

For that particular model, the description is totally misleading. They put 1080p both in the title and in the short description, but th detailed spec say that the screen resolution is 1366x768. The manufacturer's guide doesn't even mention 1080p (http://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=& ... 9006,d.aWw ). Perhaps the TV can downscale 1080p signal to the screen resolution, but even that is not guaranteed.
