Good deal since most other coupons don't work on SALE items.

Terrible, terrible company. Takes about a week to get an email reply (even though their site promises 24hr support) and their work is complete crap. They sent me the wrong items and after making me jump through hoops - take photos, scan the invoice, etc. - they still wouldn't send me the right stuff. Eventually, after threatening to get a chargeback, they finally sent me a return label and I got a partial refund. The end result isn't so bad but the amount of time I had to put in to constantly contact them and deal with their crap is ridiculous - terrible company, avoid avoid avoid.

For those in GTA there is a place called absolutetoner up in vaughn. Last time I just called them and asked if they could pricematch 123inkcartridges and they said no problem. Much easier to just drive up there and pick it up than to get it shipped for me.

Their website said there is a pickup fee of a few bucks, but they never mentioned it when I went there.

Since I have never ordered from them, how is the quality of their ink cartridges?
Have a nice day!

I've ordered a toner refill from them. The quality is pretty good. And I just ordered another one last week so I had to pay the shipping.

Make sure to use a breathing mask during refill process.

I just ordered and got free shipping for a purchase over $49 and instead of using the free shipping coupon i used '123holiday' and got 5% off subtotal. On the website it says it only works till dec 31, 2009 but it still worked for me. Also there's another coupon '123inkpgy' 5% off (doesn't include OEM or on sales products) applies to ink and toner. Didn't try it but just throwing it out there. First time ordering from this website but hopefully it's good

The first batch of ink i got for the Canon i960 (B-6) carts was good.

I think the ink is good not as good as the OEM, Blacks are not a dark.
The next batch of ink carts was no good made by. G&G changed how the carts work due to a law suit I think. These always lose there prime and run out of ink.
Either my printer is done or the carts are no good.

123 service department is ok or even great (yet to see though), they got back to me via email, spoke with them on the phone, and I'm sending the remaining carts back. They are supposed to give me a postage paid sticker to send back for refund. Fingers crossed. Not as good as walking into a store but much cheaper. I'm relly disappointed the carts are not working in my printer or its done. The i960 was one of the cheaper and good photo printers to run.

colorexpressca from Ebay is a pretty good seller. I've ordered all my toner from him/her and has been very cheap with pretty decent quality...
Only downside is you need to order in bulk of two toners for decent prices.
