14/2 75m wire. Sale @ Canadian Tire. $25

I was just in a Canadian Tire earlier today and I found 14/2 electrical wire on sale for $25. Its 74m but doesn't come in a spool it comes in a coil packages, but who cares, its the same thing.

I actually picked up 4 packages of them from them, overall great buy imo.

Regular Price: $62.95
Promo Price: $24.93

Yeah they have certain products only instore. The only other place you can find them is in the flyer; however, the wire is not in the flyer.

Honestly, I didn't really notice. I believe it was probably just the 14/2 since they had a small sign on the shelf with the 14/2 wire in the aisle where they keep the wire; however, I could be wrong.

St.Clair and Keele Location (Stockyard). Store #182. There was the normal promo sign which was the yellow.

I have noticed that Home Depot carries the 14/2 wire in the same packaging. They sell it got $49.99 or they did I don't know if it was a promo price or not.

Honestly, if I had a renovation company or was a electrician and I found the wire that cheap I would go and just buy the whole stock.

I just checked the Tenth Line location in Ottawa - they only had the spools for $62.99. :( Oh well, for that price it was worth checking!

BTW, Do you have the seven digit Canadian Tire SKU for this product?

I popped into the Keele & St.Clair store again today and bought a few more packages of wire. I got the sales represenative to give me a few locations where they have it at these prices.

good to know.

The Winston Churchill and Aquitane location didn't have the sale price.

Would they just price match on SKU that you provided above?

Usually they would. Now they have the new price match policy so they would have to price match it. I know before they had the price match policy they could have refused to price match it. Since mostly every Canadian Tire is franchise some do in store promotions so one store could have a promotion and the others wont have it and refuse to price match.

But yeah give them the sku, thats the number that in there system. Ask them for that exact product and tell them that those stores have them on sale for that price. They should honor it and tell you to go to customer service to do the price match.
