14 years - never seen a hot girl in IT, *ever*

I've just realized this a few days ago ...

been working in IT for quite a while ... never seen one hot girl in IT, whether she's a sysadmin, programmer, web designer, graphic designer, or helpdesk. Not one.

Even when I went to the university, never seen a single hot girl taking comp.sci class. There's a few hot ones who took calculus, but I'm pretty sure that's because it was mandatory.

All the hot girls seem to be in business, finance, sales, customer service, HR ... but none in IT.

Weird phenomenon ..

Think about it, why would a hot girl want to work in a department full of geeks/nerds? You're scaring off all the hot chicks.

Seriously, there are hot chicks working as soldiers ... but never seen one as a programmer. The girls in IT that I've met are quite far from my standard of "hot" (i.e: above 8.0 on a scale of 1.0 - 10).

That's not exactly a fair comparison you're using. The Israeli army uses conscription. Naturally you're going to get beautiful women if you use that method.
