Tried it out with the T61 14.1" (integrated graphics) and it works.

I find the following config to be optimal
Do you guys think Centrino 2 is worth waiting for?

The new Thinkpad line is expected to be out in early August. So it might be worth waiting for but may cost a bit more than the current Thinkpad prices.
