I'm sorry if this story has been posted already. I couldn't find it. As a new father I'm having a real hard time trying to digest this. I can't stop thinking about these two poor kids freezing to death. It's really gutting me. On top of that there was another baby found abandoned in the Leslie Finch area not dressed for the cold. I'm so angry and sad at the same time....

The first two deaths seem to be an accident which I am not taking lightly. But the Finch baby was PLACED FACE DOWN IN THE STAIRWELL!!

How hard is it to drop off an unwanted child at the hospital or even at a church?_______________

I'm not a parent but it alarms me to go through the thought process of how someone could abandoned a baby they've carried and nurtured for for 9 months. Most of these teenage mothers are just so... (rage takes over brain).

I'm having a really hard time with the 2 who froze to death. From the coverage on the news last night I hope the "sperm donor" gets the book thrown at him. From what his own mother said he was "drunk out of his head" the night it happened. He left the house with the 2 kids who were not dressed for the weather to supposedly head down the road to his sisters house.
I'm not sure what to make of the baby girl in TO. From what the police said on the news she had several older injuries and they were concerned for the safety of her parents. That made me think there is alot more to that story that we aren't hearing as of yet...LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked CSK'sMom for this post.

It was very disturbing to see such a cute baby abandoned like that...
Hope they're able to identify the baby and track down the parents or those who are responsible.LOG IN TO THANK No one has yet thanked Dragon120 for this post.

So sad and shocking. What are these parents thinking. If they feel they are unable to take care of a child then seek assistance from children service

You can bet it'll be a dry reserve in very short order...
The father will likely be charged with manslaughter, but that will pale in comparison to the hell he is going thru right now.Last edited by blainehamilton; Jan 31st, 2008 at 02:40 PM.

As usual , shitrat survives as the innocent parties suffer and die.
Andd of course it was the "demon liquor" that made him do it, he was a great father otherwise..
Yea.. great parents don't get fall down drunk. Period.
And as for punishment, I'm betting money he gets a nice big mitigating circumstance defence:
D. Lawyer:"Your honour, my client has already suffered enough at his own hands, he can barely function, he can't live with himself. He suffers from PTSD , has been ostracised from all his family and friends, and will have to live with this forever."
