It doesn't kill the deal. But it's an issue.

I ordered a pair last Sept. It didn't arrive. When I contacted Meritline, they said it was too long, and needed to contact them within something like 2 months.

There was another similar deal, in late Dec., so I ordered it. This time I'll pay closer attention to make sure it is received, or I contact them earlier.
