The high interest savings account rate is 3.8% ... PC is 4% but you need a minimum of $1,000 to get that rate...
Not sure if CT has a minimum...?

PC Financial is attached to CIBC. Which bank does Canadian Tire use and where can you withdraw funds?

I did not know Canadian Tire has become a bank. Has the rules change so that any company can open a bank? So can we expect Future Shop or Best Buy to open a bank?
