2003 Corolla

How much would you offer for a 2003 Corolla with only 90K on the engine. Took my 2015 in for servicing and was given this car as a loaner. This 2003 is an excellent car. Little rust on the frame, but basically drives very well.

I know RFD frowns on these cars, but I run a delivery business, and I am very tempted to buy this car for a potential employee.

A Toyota dealer gave you a 15 year old car as a loaner?

Used car prices are out the roof as I myself is looking for a good used car. Toyotas are way over priced in the used market. 13-15 olds cars and people are asking 3-4 grand for it and probably not certified too.

Actually, my long term mechanic offers loaner vehicles to all customers. He gave me the 15 year old car because he knows that I run these poor cars into the ground with my delivery service.

Oh yes they are. This "little old lady" whose had this car without accident for roughly 15 years, wants 7K for it. NO THANKS!

These things have all the bugs ironed out of them and are pretty reliable, and Toyota produced them (or some variant of), one every 6 seconds or so worldwide. Very unsexy and totally unglamorous but dead reliable. My wife isn't a big fan of the '04 we have (inherited from her father) but she admits it is reliable and so far trouble free (only have 117k on it). There was on driving school instructor in your neck of the woods who ran his Corolla so much, sometimes getting the car serviced by the dealership 2x in a month, to over 1,000,000 km.

Lots of demand nowadays compared to years past. Not for me either, but I find it tougher to get a good reasonably priced used car up to ~$8k now.

LMAO!

She must have been smoking crack when she came up with that price. You should go down there and personally laugh in her face.

Maybe I should list my 09 car with 160k on the clock for $100k. Makes sense.
deleted to keep the site family friendly. Was about copping sick fadez.
Well there's no sick fadez left to be copped now that the regimen cannot be admired in all its glory

Haha $7K that’s really funny! People think Toyota’s appreciate in value over time! Agree that used car prices are very inflated. However, the list price and sale price Are two different things. I’m speaking from experience having sold an 05 Corolla in 2016.
