My brother totally forgot about it because really it is irrelevant on the car.
He explained this to darknight2ca...

Its not an accident its a claim on the car. It happened with the first ever owner when car was brand new maybe in the first 5,000 km. I think he backed into something (but since car was brand new, they ended up just replacing the whole bumper)
