2007 Daylight Saving Time updates for WinXP+
2007 time zone updates for Windows
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/928388/en-us
Starting in the spring of 2007, daylight saving time (DST) start and end dates for the United States will transition to comply with the Energy Policy Act of 2005. DST dates in the United States will start three weeks earlier (2:00 A.M. on the second Sunday in March) and will end one week later (2:00 A.M. on the first Sunday in November).
Unfortunately, W2K (and older OS) will have to do it manually ... A lot of companies still running W2K are not gonna to be happy ...

Cool, I think these are the same dates that EU uses for Summer Time. Pisses me off how Canada is pretty much forced to going with the US on stuff like this, although at least we still kept metric
. US might be amongst the greatest nations in the world, but they're still kind of backwardass in some ways.

I agree - dislike having to convert when I'm down there, i.e. temperature (C to F), their US gallons, miles vs kms, etc.
By the way, thanks, OP
