The rules don't say, but I'm guessing one per household since they can control your entries by cross-referencing it to the membership number you provide when you register.

This might be a silly question but I got the "Costco membership number is already registered" and "email address is already registered".

I am 100% sure I did not register for this as it became available today (Sep 4th), correct? Or do they automatically register you when you are already suscribed to Costco's FB page and/or emails?
