Customers will get a chance to win the total value of a $200 or more before taxes, online purchase in RONA Gift Cards.

There will be one winner per day for the duration of the promotion.

Limit of one purchase per day per client.

Prize will be presented by merchant at time of pick up in store, upon presentation of valid ID. To be considered winner, transaction must be completed.

Promotion is open to all Canadian residents completing an online purchase of $200 or more before taxes at www.rona.ca, between October 22 and November 5, 2012. Only “Cash and Carry” purchases paid by cash, debit or major credit cards are eligible.

UPDATE ~ Here is the reply I received; it will be interesting to see if I get a further clarification tomorrow:

'The contest states that you can win your purchase of $200 or more, therefore, if we enter your name, and you win, there is no purchase.

I will send your comments to the people in Marketing that were involved with the contest to analyze this further.'

I thought you had to have (legally) a proper NPN entry.

Making them purchase in case they win their NPN ENTRY would be one heck of a loophole for sponsors.. and just plain wrong. .. is it not the law? Just curious.. guess I can google it. lol.
