We had the misfortune of having our existing furnace red-tagged and contacted Four Season for help. Craig was very responsive and even though I contacted him late Wednesday, he managed to get us a new furnace installed on Friday. I can only echo everyone else regarding the professionalism of the install crew, the pricing and the general attention to the customer that they all provided. In one regard, it's a shame that this customer service is provided by a company whose services you hope you hardly ever need!

Getting redundant on the great reviews but a shout out to Craig and his crew is greatly deserved. After much research and many quotes, Four Season Comfort offered the best bang for the buck with the best rated equipment. Yes there are slightly cheaper options out there but none with any company history to stand behind their work.

We had Craig's crew install an AS 80000btu modulating 97% eff furnace w 16 seer silver AS AC and a tankless hot water heater. They even wired in our existing Aprilaire 600 to work directly with the Acculink thermostat. No more farting around with humidistat. They did it neatly all in one day, actually two weeks earlier than expected, gave us sound advice and followed up repeatedly to make sure all was working as expected. The system has been perfect for the house, it solved all of the zone problems and is comfortable throughout. Smells much better too from getting rid of he previous owner's 17 years of tobacco fume residue buildup in the furnace. Also assisted us in maxing out our rebat a to the tune of over $3k.

Thanks for everything Craig, we highly recommend your services. If anyone wants more info, a reference, pics or even a viewing of the work, PM me.

Craig helped me installed my new furnace: Furnace-Lennox/Armstrong 2 stage 70,000 btu

First Craig came to visit to do the initial assessment and sent me the quotes on the same day.
I agreed for the installation that week. We requested the installation on Saturday since both of my wife and I are not available during weekdays and Craig agreed with that.

They are very professional and friendly too, they came on time (and had to wake me up that morning. Hey! I worked late the previous night Winking Face Smiling Face With Open Mouth)
The crew laid down the sheets to protect the floor and also cleaned up after the job.
I did ask several questions and the crew were very helpful in explaining them.
Craig emailed me a couple times to check on the furnace making sure everything are up and running properly.
In fact, I called Craig one time when I had a burst pipe from above the hot water tank (installed next to the furnace) and Craig helped and advised me how to handle it (even it’s not caused by the furnace installation). Thanks Craig!

I never had this kind of scale of installation (‘big’ in size of the machinery and also the expenses) on my house before and I was kind of nervous. I met Craig and then his team. I just feel I found the right guy to do business with; feel comfortable and can be trusted.
I do highly recommend Craig for his services.

BTW I paid the deposit using e-transfer and remaining balance using check.

hi craig, do you do duct cleaning too?
I'm sorry utopianbl, we do not offer duct cleaning services. I would however recommend you do some research on selecting a duct cleaning company. There are companies that have the proper equipment and training that do a great job and there are 2 guys driving around in a minivan with a shop vac that call themselves duct cleaning specialists.....

Hi Craig
Two of our bedrooms upstairs have issues with the vents not blowing out hot/warm air like other vents do. Roughly how much do you charge to come and find out the reasons for this issue?

My furnace as in need of replacement because it was not working and I had quotes from a few companies. While Craig didn't offer the cheapest price, he won me over by trying his hardest to provide me with his best price and definitely by his thoughtfulness. Knowing that my case was an emergency, he was able to accommodate me by offering next day installation. He also was constantly in contact with me during and after the installation to make sure everything is going fine.

If you are looking for someone who cares and provides an unparalleled level of service, look no further than Craig!
