Thanks but I think CPA Ontario is doing it differently.
Anyway, I think I figured it out but for anyone else in Ontario that is interested, the CPD requirements are prorated for us. The requirements are at least 20 hours annually and 120 in total over the 3 year period from 2013-2015 half of which must be verifiable. Since we received our designation in 2014, we have to report 80 hours in total for 2014 and 2015 by the end of this year and still meet the minimum annual requirement.
So I would report it like, 20 verifiable hours in 2014 for the time spent in class for the SLP sessions, 40 unverifiable hours in 2014 spent working on SLP assignments and the board report and now I have to find 20 verifiable hours in 2015. That should meet all of the requirements by the end of the year.
EDIT: I just notcied that the annual requirement is actually "20 hours, including at least 10 hours of verifiable CPD". So I would claim 30 verifiable hours in 2014 and then 10 verifiable and 10 unverifiable hours in 2015.
