isn't it odd that they don't offer a NPE method?

Would suggest including the Co-op name in title because of the contest purchase requirement showing receipt from one of two banners. Not all of us have one in our part of the province.
Have new cookbooks but am not cooking anything new yet.

For the NPE, are they asking for a postcard only. Can I put the 3x5 paper into an envelope? Is it customary to ask for an essay on a 3x5 WITH name, address, email and phone? Seems weird.

I was wondering the same thing.. In similar instances, I've written my info on one side of the 3x5 card and the essay on the other. I'm sure they will still accept it in an envelope, surely it would be lost in the mail otherwise!
