Here is some quick lease calc.

assuming you are to ask for $3000 off rom that $50,690
factory credit $1500
Interest rate 2.9%
36 months term
assuming residual is 58%
$0 down. 1st & security due on delivery
All fees rolled in

you are looking at about $720 per month (taxes included)

Have you considered larger 2016 Ford Explorer or MDX? Both offer 7 seats.
The 2016 Ford Explorer looks nice! But want a somewhat brand name and really really like the panoramic sunroof option.

@ $47,800 offering, you are asking 8% off MSRP from dealer side + $1500 factory credit + $2700 of fees.

Don't know if this is fair or not, I guess you can try for all gta dealers.

This is what they offered prior to me insisting on OTD pricing

We can offer you $717 per month including taxes with about $3800 due on delivery.

Explorer does have the dual-panel moon roof option.

I tried not to laugh but I couldn't stop myself. Which is why I offered even lower than what I should based on your suggestions.

Nope but have heard back from another dealership and currently waiting to get a more detailed quote (OTD and their best price) as they offered the following:

39 months @ 1.9% financing $695 tax in.

Quick question does it really matter how the pricing is done? For me if the total price (dont care HOW its done) is approx $48K before taxes will be a happy camper. Please suggest a more realistic price please...hubby's been pushing me to drop by a dealership but with APA not providing a recommended dealership for this car yet I just need help from RFD on a price that would be considered "hmm not a bad price" lol What would be a fair price with options and all their fees, but without taxes?

this is a new model year vehicle.

they won't discount it and could possibly charge over sticker (as you have been quoted) - I hear LR has a waiting list on some models so there isn't much in terms of excessive inventory that they will try to move.

have you considered a CPO vehicle?

Side by side, the 2016 Explorer (Sport, with its factory "black out" look and the Platinum with the chrome accents) looks better than the Discovery Sport.

The Discovery Sport looks more feminine (subjective of course).

Everyone knocks on Ford and I've never considered one before (even a domestic as a matter of fact); but the redesign is by far the best to date and the 3rd row offers the best functionality in its class.

Here's a proper discovery for the record

At least the "Dealer Training Fee" is $0.

The driver's seat looks extremely worn out for a vehicle with such low mileage

That's the beauty of buying used cars, you never know if someone rolled back the odometer! Back in the day I knew people who traded in few year old cars and rolled back 100K and got pretty good value for their "low mileage" cars
That's why I will never buy a used car lol

That's what we're talking about.
Since the introduction of the Evoque and having Posh spice head up some of LR designs...down hill from there.
