Emissions laws are stricter here in Canada and the U.S., we can expect the engine’s torque peak to drop by about 20 lb.-ft.

My guess is they will be the highest most expensive trim. Probably start at 35k and top out in high 40s

These are the trim levels and features for the US model, courtesy to Mazda247 forum. The picture is low resolution but pretty legible otherwise.
I'm a bit disappointed that the heated exterior mirrors are only available in the GT trim. Hopefully Canada will get them in the GS trim at least.

We usually get better (read: more ideal for colder climates) packaging in Canada than the US - the GS trim having the highest take-rate I believe.

Hopefully @Jeff-TheBiz will get spec sheets to share soon.

You're right: for 2016 model, all trim levels come with heated side mirrors

From the spec sheet, the CX-5 doesn't offer a 360 deg camera view? Am I correct?

I guess they're not following Toyota putting the safety tech package on their cheap trims.

Does anyone buy the front wheel drive CX-5 in Canada?

The manual option in the Mazda CX-5 will live on in Mexico and Canada, but in the North America.
