2018/12/31 The Maxwell House 2019 NHL All-Star Weekend Contest, QC OK,pur or mail in

To enter an Entrant must:
(i) Purchase a specially-marked 2019 NHL® All-Star Weekend Contest Maxwell House coffee product (“Eligible Products”), including:
1. Original Roast, 925g tin;
2. Dark Roast, 925g tin;
3. Dark Roast, 30-pod pack; or
4. House Blend, 30-pod pack.
(ii) Log on to www.maxwellhouseallstar.ca or www.maxwellhouseetoiles.ca and follow the on-screen instructions, including providing your name, daytime phone number, email address, home address with province and postal code, and select your age;
(iii) Enter the PIN code (“PIN”) found on the Eligible Product; and
(iv) Agree to the Official Contest Rules.

Once completed, click “Submit” and you will be entered into the Contest (one “Regular Entry”).

(b) ALTERNATIVE ENTRY: To obtain a PIN without purchase, an Entrant must request a PIN by mail. On a plain piece of paper clearly print your full name, full address including postal code, daytime phone number, age and include an original, hand-written essay no more than five hundred (500) words, no less than one hundred (100) words, answering the following question: What is your favourite NHL® All-Star Game moment? Send along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to: Maxwell House 2019 NHL® All-Star Weekend Contest, c/o SDI Marketing, 175 Galaxy Boulevard, Suite 202, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M9W 0C9. Limit of one (1) mail-in PIN request per envelope. Envelope must be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than December 10, 2018. Once mail-in request has been received, you will be mailed a PIN in order to enter the Contest online as described above (“Alternative Entries”).

GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) computerized random draw will be conducted by the Sponsor’s agent at approximately 12:00am (EST) on January 1, 2019 (“Grand Prize Draw Date”), in Toronto, Ontario from all eligible Entries received within the Contest Period (“Potential Grand Prize Winner”).
b) SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: Two (2) computerized random draws will be conducted by the Sponsor’s agent on each of ten (10) consecutive Mondays (collectively the “Second Prize Draw Dates”) in Toronto, Ontario, from all eligible Entries received within the Contest Period by 11:59 pm (EDT or EST, as applicable) on the Sunday prior to each respective Second Prize Draw Date (each a “Potential Second Prize Winner”). Remaining Entries not selected as a Potential Second Prize Winner are carried over to the next Second Prize Draw Date, and remain eligible for the Grand Prize Draw Date. The Second Prize Draw Dates are as follows:
(i) September 24, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(ii) October 1, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(iii) October 8, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(iv) October 15, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(v) October 22, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(vi) October 29, 2018 at 12:00am (EDT);
(vii) November 5, 2018 at 12:00am (EST);
(viii) November 12, 2018 at 12:00am (EST);
(ix) November 19, 2018 at 12:00am (EST); and
(x) November 26, 2018 at 12:00am (EST).

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: The Potential Grand Prize Winner shall be notified by email or phone call within one (1) business day of the Grand Prize Draw Date. Each Potential Second Prize Winner shall be notified by email or phone call within a reasonable period of time after each Second Prize Draw Date (each respectively the “Notification”). If a Potential Grand Prize Winner or Second Prize Winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the relevant Notification date, at Sponsor’s election another Entrant may be selected. Upon Notification, within three (3) business days, the Potential Grand Prize Winner and the Potential Second Prize Winners are required to: (a) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without either assistance or mechanical or electronic aid; and, (b) agree and submit a “Declaration and Release” form (“Declaration”) confirming, among other things, compliance with these Official Contest Rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded.

(a) GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) “Grand Prize” available to be won, which consists of:
(i) Four (4) tickets, for the Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests”), to attend each of: (1) the 2019 NHL All-Star Skills Competition™; (2) the 2019 NHL® All-Star Game; and, (3) the Official NHL® All-Star Party (if hosted), all currently scheduled to take place from on or around January 25th, 2019 to on or around January 27th, 2019 in San José, California (“All-Star Experience”);
(ii) Meet-and-greet for the Grand Prize Winner and Guests with an NHL® player, who is selected by the Sponsor and the NHLPA in their sole discretion, (“VIP Experience”). For clarity, the date, timing, duration and location of the VIP Experience shall be determined by the Sponsor and the NHLPA in their sole discretion;
(iii) Five-hundred dollars ($500.00) in spending money awarded to Grand Prize Winner;
(iv) One (1) round-trip flight (coach class) for the Grand Prize Winner and the Guests, to be used exclusively for the purpose of attending the All-Star Experience and VIP Experience (“Flights”). Flights shall depart from the major Canadian airport nearest to the Grand Prize Winner’s residence, as selected by Sponsor;
(v) A maximum of three (3) nights’ accommodation for Grand Prize Winner and the Guests in a standard hotel selected by Sponsor (two rooms, double occupancy) for the sole purpose of attending the All-Star Experience and VIP Experience (“Hotel”);
(vi) Once in San José, transportation to and from the airport, Hotel, All-Star Experience and the VIP Experience for the Grand Prize Winner and Guests (“Transportation”);
(vii) Two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) worth of NHL® All-Star merchandise for each of the Grand Prize Winner and Guests; and,
(viii) Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) worth of items to have autographed at the VIP Experience for each of the Grand Prize Winner and Guests.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize, based on averaging sample departures from: (1) Toronto, ON; (2) Halifax, NS; and, (3) Vancouver, BC to San José, CA for Grand Prize Winner and Guests is $17,900.00. The actual value of the Grand Prize will vary depending on point of departure, airfare fluctuations, and supplier estimates. See Rule 10 – GRAND PRIZE CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS for more information.

(b) SECOND PRIZE: There are twenty (20) Second Prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) two-hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) gift code to NHLShop.ca. Each gift code is subject to terms and conditions. The total ARV for all Second Prizes is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). The number of Second Prizes will diminish as Second Prizes are claimed throughout the Contest Period.
