you think it's worth it to drive down to buffalo and buy them there and pay taxes on the way back?
Not sure which area you are from and your local prices, but I would buy locally if you can. Too much hassle for not much (if any) savings to do cross border install, imo.

I got a steel wheel set and no name (Evergreen) tires for around $600(tax in, installed and mounted). I did mount the wheels myself since I prefer to do it on my own, but it was included in that price if I wanted to do it there.

Declaimer: I LOVE SLOW TRAFFIC OR TRAFFIC JAMS while driving LEAF*

Been driving for almost several months now and have 12K+ on the car. I am now starting to learn how outside temp, road conditions, traffic, wind direction, speed, terrain, inside temp control, battery hog options and time of the day affects your overall battery health and mileage you get out of it.

Today it was rainy and above 10 degree Celsius. I was able to get 33KM+ for first 10% battery level, yep the very first time. *Today traffic was literally crawling at 20-40KM speed through out DVP which boosted my economy and I hope it remains same on my way back LOL

I got them in Vaughn area (near Vaughan mills), but I've seen same prices on Kijiji in Mississauga and other areas. If you want I'll pm you the store I got it from.

Agreed. I look forward to traffic in ev, lol. The range is great and I leave early anyway. Win win. Though, I am concerned about the idling of all the ices around me(

Depends what tires, rims, TPMS.

Here is an example :

Aftermarket hubcentric steel wheels + no name tire (Evergreen) ~$540+tax

If you want sensors (aftermarket) its additional $200+tax. Around $740 +tax for everything.

However, I would suggest to skip TPMS and pocket the money for something else. Light is not that annoying and TPMS are not that accurate anyway. There is no all in one solution, as you customise what wheels, tires, sensors you want. I've seen quotes as high as almost 2k. All depends on what you want to buy. I have no complaints with what I have, but some people only want brand name, so it depends.

FYI,

I was just in the Barrie area and found the Simcoe County Museum charging station to be convenient and the charging rates was reasonable $11.40/hr. For me I arrived with battery 43% I quick charged (45kw) to around 76% for about 26-27 cents/min. You have to use the GreenLot app or with credit card they bill the price in USD ( which is strange?)

This location is minutes away from Snow Valley, 20mins (30km) from Mount St.Louis Moonstone, or 45mins (56km) from Blue Mountain which is great if you ski / snowboard.
