STQ: How many years has Tom Hiddleston been playing the character “Loki”?

First appearance Thor (2011) - Loki (2021) so 10 years. Can someone double check this?

I'd say it's 11 based on this (from an article published May 20th 2021 ):

Yet, in order to understand where Loki is going, it's important to see where he came from. Hiddleston can't believe how long he and Loki have been connected. "I've been playing this character for 11 years," he says

So, what is it? 10 or 11? You lose automatically if the answer is wrong. That's lame...

The answer could be either. It would be 11 years if going by filming dates but 10 years if going by release dates.

10 because it is theatre release dates.

otherwise a film taking more than a calendar year to make would throw us into a tizzy
