At the customer service desk at top of escalators you can request a free customer response device. It is a wireless unit that you bring into the cinema and use to rate the overall experience. For example, if the picture/sound is sup-par you push a button on the unit. If somebody is on their cellphone during the movie, you push a different button.

Once you return it you're credited 25 points towards your Scene account. Not sure which other Cineplex/FP locations have this in place.
