They are an independant developer and this was their first game which has received critical success. They're a small team so don't cheap out that much! I bought the game for $5 on Steam and it feels worth it. A $1 even they'd probably appreciate to help fund whatever they're working on now.

This is for the Windows, OSX, and Linux versions of the game straight from their website. There is no DRM on the product whatsoever. They are not fans of DRM. The game had a 70% piracy rate =/

Regular price is $19.99 on PC and $15.00 on Wii.
