1. Muffler
2. Lowered
3. There is no 3rd

LOL want to know what’s really funny? I drive a 2004 Honda Civic, but have no desire what so ever make it look or sound like a donkey's ass. My computers, one is a Athlon 1.3g with 512mb, and 80gb of HD space, and A Radeon 8500, gosh nothing too fancy about that, the other is an IBM X31 laptop that I needed for its portability and strength, so neither system is out rages, so I don't know what you're trying to say.

Seems like the cop was well within his powers. The lane change was unsafe and the cop probably felt like he had to hard brake. 2-lane change to cut off a cop? Your friend was asking for it -- even if you weren't cutting off a cop or anyone, a 2-lane change wasn't safe.

And when you bring attention to yourself like that, you run the risk of getting nailed for other things. Your friend threw the dice and he lost.

You're not asking for help -- you're asking for ways to leech out of a responsibility that your friend needs to bear. If he's so much a man as you say he is, suck it down and pay the fine.

Personally, I hate those cars that make excessive noise and don't sympathize with your friend as I live on a main street and have to hear these cars constantly droning along. What's the purpose of putting an performance exhaust system on a car with no performance? All they do is make excessive noise and I believe your friend falls within Section 75(1).

exactly..what is excessive? a harley is much louder than any performance exhaust out there but they aren't ticketed. as long as its not a catless straight pipe its good, the cop didnt have a db meter, no idea what the stock db meter is... its just bs

fart cans are not performance exhaust systems. they just make you POS civic sound like a lawnmover. real performance exhaust sounds good not something you hear 4 miles away. do you hear a ferrari, a porsche, any decent sportscar, no because they have a proper preformance exhaust . your friend's only option is to go to court and see what his option is. if he can some how prove he changed lanes properly, doesn't have a fart can, and actually owns the plate,then he may get off. he'll most likely get stuck with the lane change or the muffler.

you obviously have never heard a Ferrari with a Tubi exhaust... you can hear those miles away... but you are wrong in that performance exhausts aren't loud, less restriction in the exhaust will always be loud. performance exhaust WILL ALWAYS BE LOUD

i would beg to differ... how do you correlate grammar and spelling to intelligence? intelligence has nothing to do with spelling and grammar

In need?! He did something obviously ILEGAL not being mature enough to bear the responsibility when he has done something wrong, would not be considered a Human in need, maybe a human in need of a lesson. (which hopefully he will learn from this) Somebody in need would be the people that live in poverty, and require government assistance to just live day to day, who require the help of our tax dollars just to survive for one reason or another, and do you know what else helps the government help these poor people who are actually in need. Other sources of revenue, which a 330 ticket could be considered, not only that but by taking it to court for something that your friend is obviously guilty of, you're wasting even more of our tax money.

Do you know what the number one killer on the road is, if you answer drunk driving, you're wrong, it's bad driving, doing things like your friends little lane change is what kills people, the sad thing is that they normally take another family out with them at the same time.
