Just got this coupon in the mail on friday. It came with a small catalog from Staples. $30 off your phone, fax, or on-line order of $150 or more. It is a one time use coupon only specific to the customer on the mailing list.

from the image of the catalog, it doesn't look like a one time use code. Was the code 5 digits or 16?
