If you purchased a 3 TB WD My Book Essentials, did you have any issues with the software? Cause, most of the negative reviews I read online, were about the software that came with the drive. Also, how is the build quality for the enclosure?

I never touched the software. Don't need it. Build quality seems good. It's a solid inclosure.
