Which 4 way Amplifier to get??

I am looking for a 4 port amplifier, but know what to look for in an amplifier. I found these on ebay but not sure which one to go for. Would like your views on which on to go for and why? Thanks in advance.

I would suggest getting a 1 port amp, and use splitters to modify the signal. There are times where you may need more then 1 leg of amplifaction and having 4 ports is really a pain.
