I got a similar deal for cancelling my grandfather plan: Fibe16, rental modem fee discount, 155gb usage bandwidth, no contract for 50% of the original price for the first 12 months. She also said that the month before the plan ends, they will call again for any other offers, or something like that.

Why would you go Bell? So they can sell your ***** down the river and give up your info willy nilly without argument

If you get all 3 services cable, phone and internet from either cable or Bell call them and threaten to leave..... right now they are falling all over each other to keep/ get costumers. I recently reduced my bill by about $60 a month for 2 years. Then Bell called with another offer, so I again returned a call to my cable company and got another $15 reduction for the first 12 months.

Im in Grimsby Ontario between St. Catharines and Hamilton in a non-rural area that has been built up for years. Somehow Bell still only offers their lowest internet packages here..... none of the Fibe plans. Talk about a company still locked in the stone ages.

damnit!! I just cancelled my bell just over a month ago and went over to teksavvy. All they offered me was about $10 off a month WITH a 12 month contract.

Fibe 25 - $76.95 with modem rental...50% off = $38.xx off. At least in Ontario.
