Does anyone know if it's 50% off the Call display and mini voice mail, or only 50% off value packs?

Its 50% off on the call display and mini voice mail but the plan has to be I think above $55 or $65

You can try ... but the PROMO on Rogers site does say "Get 50% OFF with Select 3-Yr Plans" ... but I highly doubt it.

Correct
