Being healthy is hard work. It's so easy to be sick (just sit back on the couch and keep eating those chips). I've been on a health regime for over a year now and spend quite a bit of time in the gym. I applaud the 50 year old's efforts and congratulate her on her success. She has certainly earned it!

Plus she's an organ donor too so there's still some hope for the women of RFD.
