What kind of graphics card do you need to run this tv?

$450 + $200 shipping + $50 Duty = US$700 = $750 + taxes
For less than $30 more, you could get it domestically at Newegg.ca, $780 with free shipping, and not have to wait for it to make it across the border and through customs.
Or for an extra $100, get the 55" -- $800 + $90 shipping.

Just realize what you are getting with this "4K TV". Pixels aren't everything!!
Must sit close to the 50-inch screen to realize the benefit of 4K content; very little 4K content currently available; picture quality with non-4K content is worse than that of most other TVs in this price range, with light black levels, poor screen uniformity, and subpar video processing.

Also only runs at 30hz so pretty pointless to hook it up to a PC for High-res gaming.

4K is as useful as 3D at this point.

Really? We love 3D for watching movies and playing games. I didn't realize I should be getting a 4K tv this early... shoot now I need to re-think my tv plan.Solsearchin1 wrote: ↑4K is as useful as 3D at this point.

hook up a computer to it and that 4K is very useful. But the refresh rate on this specific TV is pretty low for gaming.Solsearchin1 wrote: ↑4K is as useful as 3D at this point.
