OCZ StealthXStream 500w is down to $30 often. Better going with that because of the brand.
The 600w version goes to 50 or so.

you need to do research. that rosewill is one of the cheapest(quality wise) PSUs out there, that particular model over inflates it's 5v rail in order to up it's wattage rating while leaving the 12v rail relatively weak. they also have a reputation for unreliability.
the OCZ mentioned is better, that model is made by FSP and gets generally positive reviews. but do not take that to mean the brand OCZ produces only good PSUs, many of them are produced by lower end manufacturers and aren't very good at all.
with any power supply, do research on the specific model. do not assume just because of the brand that they are good,

Not 80plus certified, so there is no guarantee that you will have >=80% efficiency.
80plus also has the collateral requirements of high power factor. The Rosewill is missing PFC circuitry, (saves you no money (unless you're charged according to your power factor (commercial/industrial)), but helps your power company).
This Corsair get good reviews ($33 MIR though).

I've had very good experiences with OCZ 600 and 700 StealthExtreme's.
They've also given great customer service when I needed it.
