Good purchase. If the P65 didn't go on sale I was probably going to get the X930D for $2999.

Do you know if this gift card deal was for all Sony tv's at all locations?y2k-inc wrote: ↑ Ok, got the 65x850D at 9:05pm , I went to another Bestbuy, waiting for my wife to do her shopping and there was a Sony Rep. In there so i have a little chat with him, he show some test via his phone and the picture on this one look really nice and the black is really good too, and then he told me Android 6.0 update suppose to be out anytime this year (the 700D already received the updated) and on top of that there's a 10% cash back via Bestbuy gift card so I jump the gun and bought it $2300 all inc. no shipping or delivery fees. And now I have $200 gift card to spend on my next purchase (hum a 4k DVD?) ... I guess for under $2500, this Sony is unbearable price vs PQ & features ...

Quick question for anyone.
Done a bit of research and I would like to know....
I was able to get a 65" KS9000 for $2999 free shipping. I just noticed that the p65-c1 is on sale now for $2399. 70% of the time I'm watching TV and 30% gaming.
Do you think I should keep the Ks9000 or pick up the P65 and return the Ks9000?
Thanks in advance

Hello everyone.
Question...
I was able to get a 65" KS9000 for $2999 and at the time the p65 wasn't on sale. I spend about 70% of my time watching TV and 30% playing games. Do you think I am better off keeping the KS9000 or returning it, saving $600 and getting the p65?
Thanks in advance.

P series doesn't upscale very well from lower rezs like 720p. Slower input lag too. I have cancelled my P55 order....thinking about P65, 55KS8000 and 65KS8000 too. LG B6 is out for me due to the manufacturer.Draiter wrote: ↑ Hello everyone.

is ks9000 that different from ks8000? it's almost identical. only thing is 75" is not available in ks8000. But you're not looking for that big, then ks8000 would be sweeter.

Thanks for the reply Dave
The 9000 has a few features over the 8000. I was able to get the 9000 for $500 cheaper than Best buy had it advertised for.
I think due to some of the issues with the p65 and hdr gaming lag, I'll just stick with the 9000 .
Thanks for your input, much appreciated

where did you get the KS9000 from? I'm looking at grabbing the KS8000 if they lower the price compared to BB
