I got the 2500 points after verifying with my driver's license but the 300 points that were in my account previously disappeared. Customer service has not been helpful.

^ People are coming up on here with some "weird" stories ... BUT ... I believe you. :)

If you don't find your 300 points -- look at the bright side anyhow ........ - you are now still 2500 - 300 = 2200 points ahead than you were previously. :D

Well, finally got a response from customer service. They said I have been verified and they added the 2500Pts to my account. However, I still don't have access to the Age Offers (Doesn't matter anyways, I just wanted the points! AND GOT THEM, now up to 8415pts. Gonna try to ration those out and use them on the best value redeems!)

It simply wouldn't load. When I put in all my info, I could click "DONE" in the top right corner, but it would show the loading symbol, and do nothing. I heard others had this problem and decided to message them.

And for best value redeems, I like to try to get as close to $2.00/1000Pts as I can, so for me, I either get the Super Big Gulp for 1,000Pts ($1.89 + TAX) OR the 7/11 Doritos ($3.99 or so) for 2,000Pts.

So, with the 8,xxxPts, I can either get 8 Super Big Gulps or 4 Bags of Doritos. Not too bad considering I earned the 2500Pts free, AND did the 5000Pts/5 Offer (On my card, YMMV), and paid nothing to get them (had a gift card I was using from a complaint, and getting the $0.50 coffee refills, AND earning stars from those to get my 7th free drinks)

Personally, I think the best value redeems are food items as they are snacks that can fill a hunger gap, but really, it's whatever you would enjoy most. The sweet spot for me is in the 2000 pt category, especially the 1/4 lb Big Bite hot dog, the nachos, and the 180-260g bag chips. For the same reason I rarely buy beverages at restaurants (unless they're part of a combo) since that can be replaced by free water, I would rarely if ever use the 7Rewards points for drinks.
