8 Minute Abs guy now in North America
Jaime Brenkus more famously known as the 8 minute abs guy is now in the North America fitness industry big time. He is even offering a free Fitness and nutrition e book on the website,called "Get Lean in 15" ....just got the book email,seems a good read ......

Jamie is not a fluff for sure
Pilot u dont seem to be a fitness freak, Jamie is a decent name in the industry and I have read the book and seen his videos. If there is a version of the book available for free its worth a peek.
