-mint condition (9.5/10), the only imperfection this phone has is a tiny scratch on the top left corner on the side about 1mm and is barely noticeable
-reason for selling is because i will be purchasing the HTC touch instead

Actually, mint condition means it's appears that it's brand new or is undamaged. If there's a scratch, it's not mint.

Go tell a baseball card collector that it's mint. When he sees a scratch on the card, he'll call you a liar and tell you off. I'm just trying to maintain the integrity of YOUR sale so that you don't get told off...people see the word MINT and that's it!
