In Calgary its around 96/97 cents for regular. We get 3.5 cents off at the pump and another 3 cents at the end of the year at CO-OP.

No it is because the overall demand has decreased because drivers are not driving and buying as much as before because of the high fuel prices. Simple economics demand goes down therefore prices go down because of higher supply.

On a side note, belive me, there will be no pressure from government to lower prices. Higher fuel prices = more tax money in the government's pocket

What part of town you in? Im' in NW/hamptons/edgemont area, and signs still showing 102.9
