Not only that, but there are nightly room "taxes" that are unspecified, a resort fee of $7 per night (likely also per person), and a $22 per person fee. Food and booze are also not included in this deal, which could mean tons of $$$ since you know they're going to gouge you on that.
For a group of say, three people - you're looking at $147 (for resort fees), $66 (for per person surcharge), estimated $210 for nightly taxes (which I estimate to be $10/night/person, which is reasonable). Not to mention that food and booze are still not included. All holiday dates are blacked out as well. Total for accommodations only is at least $522.
Once you add travel, and food to the equation, this deal is drop dead freezing cold. You will easily find much better deals with straight-forward package deals that are always offered elsewhere. There is wayy too much uncertainty in this deal to be considered even cold, let alone warm.
Avoid this unless you want trouble.

don't ever buy into something where they don't state the hotel. 3-5 stars is a big difference between a hidden gem or a pile of poop.
it only includes accommodation.
does not include taxes, meals, or drinks, or flight, or arrival transfer(Playa del Carmen is 1hr away ), daily resort fees($7/person per day), room fees ($22/night). You're better off booking a package that includes all things. A flight to Mexico can $400-$600 round trip.

Explore Canada instead... why do people go to places where they are in danger 24/7 then cry to Canada when they get shot or stabbed...
Why would you want to support a place like this with your money? because it is cheap?
Well if anyone wants I can see if I can find a deal for group funerals

Because people don't get shot or stabbed anywhere else? And in danger 24/7? Really?
Maybe people want to go to places outside Canada because they'd like to see something outside Canada?

if I cannot bring up a place on Google maps then you KNOW it is not a safe place to visit... and if I can bring it up on google maps, well that just saved me plane fare!
