Actually you can get it at Wal-Mart for that price I believe...No need to be accusing people of being a moron unless you know for a FACT that it isn't sold for 99 at other places...

It's pretty much sold everywhere for $99, and has been for a long time. But it doesn't come with a game though (at least i haven't seen it).
