I have to say no as well. Women's jean is cut specifically more for the women's curves and potentially hips...I hope I saying this PC

But if you're comfortable wearing them then you have more selections of clothing.

I went to the Warped Tour and I was surrounded by emos wearing girls jeans. Why would you demote your "manly" appeal. If you wanted a slimmer and more fitted look, look for slim cuts (Slim Boot Cut, Slim Straight and etc.)
