I was forced by my friends to try on girl jeans, and they (all girls) said it seriously looks really nice
but no, I didn't get them, I just couldn't do it

I work in retail and it's very common for guys to wear women's jeans. (and vice versa too, for the bigger ladies)
Even with a 28 inch waist you should definitely be able to find a pair of men's jeans that will fit great though. You just have to know where to shop and be willing to spend a little more money. (I recently picked out a pair of jeans for my friend with a 29 inch waist and they fit great plus they were on sale
)

best thing is to bring a friend... a woman. if she says it's looks good on you, then buy it.
It doesn't matter whether it's for girls or guys, the tags are hidden when u wear them. If it looks good and feels comfortable, why the hell not? Unless u find a men's jeans that makes u feel and look the same, then u can buy those._______________
