I don't think there is a problem with guys wearing girl pants and vice versa. Just depends on your build that's all.
Many guys are much smaller in the waist, hips and buttocks. Or generally just like a tighter fit. Think of the punk styles. Look at The Ramones or Scott Weiland of Stone Temple Pilots. These guys have sex appeal (well I think so) and they wear the tightest pantalons ever!
Many mens' pants have pleats at the front to give way for them to sit so that their massive packages have enough room to move and so forth. So if a slightly slender guy wore this, he would look awkward.
I think some of you are envisioning a pair of women's 'mama' jeans. The ones with the wide hips and hiked high waist.
The guy here is probably trying on womens' jeans with a low waist and slim fit.
If you got innate style and the confidence to run with it, then you can wear ANYTHING

Aug 31st, 2006 08:50 AM #35Exactly. This proves why majority of guys in this thread crying either 'emo', 'gay', or some other homophobic stupidity are fashion-clueless. A men's 30 would never fit him because his waist size is 28, which means he's more likely to find a great fit at women's size. He's obviously not going to wear a flare or any other ultra-feminine jean-cut out there. Boot cut and slim fit are fine as long as it's not too tight.

My D&G jeans make me feel like I'm wearing women's jeans. I tried on a pair of my friends jeans for fun, and that didn't turn out well. But I can say that as long as there is some room to breathe, it's fine.

Well, if you didn't notice it until you looked inside the jeans and saw that they were for women.
How else would anyone else find out?
Buy whatever fits well, that would look appropriate or whatever's your style.
If you don't want anyone to figure it out, just cut the tags or something when you get home.
And for me? No, I don't wear women jeans.

If the fit was right... you should have bought them. Who cares if the were labeled womens! Seems as though most clothing is unisex anyway.
Yes, I've seen lots of men wearing a skirt... called a kilt.

For my is all psychological...
If it fit right and it happened to be in the guys section and labelled wrong, I'd be okay with it.
But never intentionally, its women's jeans... man.
