Guys
Guys are definitely more sensitive.
This fragile sense of protected masculinity hides the fact that deep down most guys are really insecure and terrified of showing any sign of weakness of emotional dependence. This prevents many of us from ever developing real emotional maturity because we are too afraid to express our true feelings.
Women, on the other hand, express their feelings and show sadness / fear / doubt / etc. But this expression of feelings is what allows them to be acknowledged and for people to support you. Having the courage to show and express your weakness means you are strong and more emotionally independent.
So many of us guys think we are strong and independent, while women are fragile and dependent, but in reality it is the opposite that is true.
It took me a long time to realise this but now I can finally acknowledge that this is true, but I think it is just one step on the road to truly becoming a more socially and emotionally developed and secure person.

Though in general I do agree that men are more emotionally fragile and have less ability to reach out than women. The only emotion a guy can really express and not feel ashambed and un-manly is anger. That makes me very ... angry.
