if the original sealed package has been opened in any way or form, it is NO LONGER BRAND NEW IN BOX!
if an item has been USED no matter how little, it is NOT new at all!

Correct.

This is why you see very few ' Bobble-Heads ' with a double chin. ;)

The way to get rid of a double chin is by losing weight/burning fat.

No amount of head nods will achieve what your friend is aiming for. In fact, that might be the worst method of targetting fat I have ever heard of.

Tell your friend to get his/her diet in check and exercise on a regular basis. If your friend won't do that, tell them to get used to having a double chin, as well as fat in other places.

1 head nod = .00125 calories burned

if she does 2,000,000 head nods, she will have burned about 2500 calories which would equal about 2 lbs.

then she will be so tired that, she'll probably go to BK and order a whopper combo. just make sure to get a diet coke!

Seriously though, try TKOs Recipe for Double Chin Loss:

1. Burn more calories than you consume.

2. Make a journal of ALL the food you eat to monitor your intake.

3. Exercise (walking outside is better than running on a treadmill inside).

4. You'll loose the fat where you've put it on last. So if you've just recently developed your double chin, it will go fast. However if it's been there for as long as you remember, it will take some serious weight loss elsewhere.

5. Cut out Alcohol (1 g = 7 cals) and Starbucks Lattes (Too frickin' much)

6. Cut out Sports Drinks and Soda your body doesn't need it.
Don't kid your self, you are not a professional athlete nor marathon runner.

7. Drink lots of cold water.

8. Eat a large Breakfast, medium lunch and small dinner.

9. Cut out Bagals and Muffins - How do farmers beef up cattle? Grain Feed.

Try it for a month, take a before and after picture. I dare you!
If it doesn't work, PM me I'll send you $5 CAD.

Anyone here had any surgery that removed a double chin? Also one that defined and tightened the chin area to give it a stronger look. How was the out come and what was involved?

Targeting doesn't work.

General weight loss works.

Eat healthy, exercise more, sleep more.

Godspeed to OP's cumpare.

Lose fat. You can gain muscle in a specific spot, but you can't target fat loss the same way. You must lose fat in general, and where it leaves first will be entirely up to your genes. Lose enough and you'll lose the double chin eventually, but you may need to undergo surgery if there's enough loose skin.

Won't help her with the double chin but has potential to make her very popular with the guys.

This is SUPER EASY.

To get rid of a double chin, you simply have to gain more weight and transform it into a TRIPLE CHIN!

Enjoy!
